About Green Star

Company Profile

GSPI Trademark

Green Star Products, Inc. (GSPI) is an environmentally friendly public company involved in the production of renewable clean burning fuels such as biodiesel and cellulosic ethanol and other products including super-lubricants that are designed to reduce emissions and improve fuel economy in vehicles, machinery and power plants.

The company is one of the early pioneers who began researching alternative energy resources in the 1990s. Following an extensive Research & Development program, GSPI has advanced a variety of proprietary technologies now in revenue-producing commercialization. The company is 100% vertically integrated to design and manufacture its own biofuels processing equipment at its own facility. The company also provides operational and training support for its processing facilities.

To ensure security of its advance technology, trade secrets and other intellectual property, GSPI does not directly sell its plants or reactors. Instead, the company forms joint venture arrangements with customers who become GSPI’s operating partners in each facility. GSPI has business and research relationships on all five continents.

All of these projects have an on-going revenue participation by GSPI after fabrication and construction.

GSPI revenue stream comes from fabrication and installation of plants, profits generated from joint venture facilities, exclusive licensing arrangements, profit participation in manufacturing and sales of high-tech lubricants, royalty income and engineering service income.

In 2007, GSPI also announced the development of an innovative processing system that allows algae to biodiesel conversion offering a potential solution to pressing issues such as global warming and rising oil and gas prices. Algae consumes CO2 global warming gases while producing up to 100 times more oil than traditional oilseed crops.

Recent Developments

GSPI just completed its state-of-the-art biodiesel facility in Washington State, which includes its own crushing facility. Two farm coops are its partners and will provide canola seeds to the plant, therefore making the facility totally energy independent from outside sources and does not have to rely on outside feedstocks which have now crippled the biodiesel and ethanol facilities around the United States. This facility represents the strategy GSPI formulated over six years ago to protect itself from unstable commodity prices.

GSPI predicted that the biofuels industry would eventually affect world food prices. The only future for the biofuels industry is the creation of non-food feedstocks, which include cellulosic ethanol from wood, switchgrass and agricultural waste products and algae for biodiesel.

Algae-to-biodiesel technology has the promise to wean the United States off all foreign oil forever. Also large-scale algae production would significantly reduce global warming. Just consider the five following factors:

1. Algae produce 100 times more oil per acre than traditional food oilseed crops (i.e. corn, soy, etc.).

2. Algae eat CO2, the major Global Warming Gas, and produce oxygen.

3. Algae require only sunshine and non-drinkable (salt or brackish) water.

4. Algae do not compete with food crops for either agricultural land or fresh water.

5. Algae can reproduce themselves and their oil every 6 hours, while it takes Mother Nature millions of years to produce crude oil in the ground.

GSPI has been involved in algae research for five years, long before it became a Wall Street hot item. In 2007, GSPI built and operated one of the largest algae demonstration facilities in the world – a 40,000-liter algae facility that ran for 9-months and successfully provided all the information and data required for commercial production. GSPI expects to start construction of a commercial 500-acre facility before the end of the 2008 summer for which it is already purchasing equipment and supplies.

GSPI is also involved with joint venture facility Consortium partners and research facilities for commercial production of algae in five continents.

News about GSPI Lubrication Division

TVT 24-7 GSPI recently completed an order for fifteen 40-foot ocean shipping container loads (equivalent to over 1,000 barrels) of its advanced lubricant products to Asia. The order was coordinated with NRG Resources, Inc., who is a joint manufacturer with Green Star and has the exclusive worldwide distribution rights for the TVT line of products. Green Star receives 25% net profits on sales and owns 1,375,000 shares of NRG stock (approximately 2% of NRG stock).

Corporate Development

GSPI is now expanding its revenue production in several industries in conjunction with its Consortium partners and joint venture partners. Internally, GSPI is expanding its field and management executives to meet increasing demands both within the United States and internationally.
